Sole responsibility in terms of save production process, costs, payments, claims and technics of Cement Plant Investment Projects (Greenfield) in Russia, Kazakhstan and other former CIS states at Investment cost above 900 million Euro. Reporting line was to Steering Committees (HC Board Member & HTC Head of Projects) to ensure that projects are in line with HC strategy and HTC to guarantee optimal cost/quality ratio for construction and operation of plants.
Sub-Projects included Design & Process Review, Architecture, Heavy Civil Engineering & Construction, Structural Steel manufacturing & erection, Harbor, Bridges, Railway, Coal Fired Power Plant, Electrical Sub Stations, Water Pipelines, Roads, Office Buildings, CCR/Laboratory, Landscaping, Mining and some other small value Projects.
Lead & build Project Teams on needs and organize training depending on the specific individual tasks. Facilitate project management process within the Team and coordinate intellectual and production resources.
Review Studies & Reports (submitted by Applicants for new Cement Plant approvals) provided by the relevant Approval Authority to advice on improvements necessary to meet international and not only local Standards and prepare Guidelines on information in Feasibility Studies & Environmental Impact Assessments to be included at least.
Implement project cost and quality control tools in line with Group SAP structure.
Be in charge of plant commissioning and operation start up and ensure training and education of future plant personnel. Be in charge of Production Management and Budget of involved Group entities until completion of performance tests.
Provide support to HC Senior Management in particular on Group Strategically Development, optimization of Global Purchase Department in China and support on request HC Technical centers.
